- Organic mix green salad with plum tomatoes, parmesan, vinegar, shallots & olive oil
- Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto and roasted peppers drizzled with age balsamic
- Grilled Portobello mushroom over green salad and balsamic reduction
- Grilled Calamari served over baby arugula, red onions and cherry tomatoes
Main Course - choice of one
- Heart-shaped Lobster Ravioli finished with light marinara sauce
- Sole picata over spinach, lemon and white wine sauce
- Chicken Soprese, pounded breast of chicken dipped in parmesan,
finished with sautéed artichokes and peas
- Veal Scaloppine with portobello mushroom and a light cognac sauce
Dessert - choice of one
- Chocolate Mousse
- Tiramisu layers of espresso drenched sponge cake divided by mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa powder
- Poached Pear in a red wine served with cold zabaglione
- Sorbet or Gelato
